Yes. Dealers get their own portal. They capture their customers’ orders, consolidate matching product and dimension lines, and place one bulk product order to you. A dealer connects to multiple manufacturers from a single account with a manufacturer switcher — no logins to juggle.

Absolutely. A configurable factory board tracks every order through your own production stages, with QC and installation steps. Inventory is branch-wise with a movement ledger, requisitions, purchases, transfers, and in-house or outsourced material processing.

Role-based access with granular permissions per module. Back-office staff sign in on the web; field and marketing staff use a phone number and a 4-digit access code, with each app gated to the right people. Most records are branch-scoped; head office sees everything.
